Hot Air Balloon Safari

Visitors to Singita Grumeti in Tanzania have the unique opportunity to charter a hot air balloon for an unforgettable experience over the Serengeti. At times, the balloon ascends to 1,000 feet, allowing guests to take in the full scale of the reserve. Anti-Poaching Observation Post

The Singita Grumeti Fund’s anti-poaching team comprises 120 dedicated scouts, who patrol the 350,000-acre private concession. These scouts are based in 12 scout camps and stationed at 12 observation posts (OP) across the reserve. Each OP is manned by two scouts, who continuously survey the area for any suspicious activity, from poachers and unauthorized vehicles to herds of cattle or animals in distress. Their vigilant presence ensures the protection of this pristine wilderness and its wildlife.
