The rooms are designed to offer guests panoramic views of the landscape via floor-to-ceiling windows. And feature designer furnishings, original South African art and top-of-the-range technology. Amenities include a Nespresso machine, Smart TV with satellite channels and a range of streaming services. The bathrooms offer MOOOI and Charlotte Rhys toiletries, a high-quality hairdryer, flip-flops and heated towel rails.

The estate's designer villas are set in landscaped gardens and are surrounded by vineyards. The villas offer fantastic views from the lounge and balcony. Each villa offers a full-size fridge stocked with a bottle of Clouds' wine, 2 beers, and 2 soft drinks on arrival, as well as a Nespresso machine, a Smart TV with satellite channels, and a range of streaming services. The bathrooms are kitted out with luxurious Charlotte Rhys toiletries, a high-quality hairdryer, complimentary flip-flops, and heated towel rails. The villas have TVs in the lounge but not in the bedroom.

As the only villa on the property that has 2 ensuite bedrooms, it does not fit the description of Deluxe villa, so we named it Cloud 9. A uniquely designed villa that has a central lounge/kitchen between the bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors opening up to a spacious deck from all indoor spaces for al-fresco dining. The mini bar is stocked on arrival with Clouds Wine, soft drinks, juice, beers and snacks.

Great lovers of food, wine and design, this Dutch couple, ensures that their contemporary restaurant with its spectacular views offers delicious meals. The Clouds estate wines are becoming famous for their range of unwooded and lightly wooded chardonnays; and reds that include a Bordeaux style red blend, a shiraz and pinot noir.

Wine tasting

Awarding-winning wine maker, Donovan Rall has worked across Europe, Moselle and New Zealand, and is the resident winemaker at Clouds, working closely with owner Paul Rall who has annually been increasing the Clouds wines with flavors of Clouds' own harvest. Clouds Estate is becoming famous for its range of unwooded and lightly wooded chardonnays, and reds include a Bordeaux style red blend, a shiraz and a pinot noir, all equally enjoyable now but will mature beautifully over the next 5 years.
