Deluxe Room
One of these two spacious rooms is situated on the ground floor looking onto the manicured gardens, the other on the first floor with lovely mountain views.
Classic with Terrace
These rooms have their own private terraces, one of which has easy access to the pool. They also boast en-suite bathrooms with modern finishes and fittings.
Deluxe with Terrace
One of these two rooms with terraces offers a double walk-in dressing room and offers easy access to the lounge and conservatory facilities, the other has a patio with outside seating. Each has a double sofa bed that can sleep two children.
Leeu House Suite
The private suite, set apart from the main building, features a cozy lounge with a fireplace and a walk-in closet with a sit-down vanity desk. The outdoor seating area overlooks the tropical paradise-inspired Leeu House pool and the surrounding mountains, offering a serene space to unwind. This is also the perfect spot to admire sculptor Dylan Lewis’s Leopard on a Rock. Please note that Leeu House welcomes guests aged 17 and older unless booked for exclusive use.
The Conservatory
Set in the vibrant epicentre of Franschhoek village, resident guests can enjoy leisurely meals in The Conservatory, or al fresco on the terrace. Breakfast is served from 07h00 to 11h00. All-day dining menus (available from 12h00) feature light meals with a focus on local produce from midday
Protégé at Le Quartier Français
Protégé is a casual-style eatery at Le Quartier Français under the guidance of celebrity chef Scot Kirton. Visitors looking for an informal eatery now have the perfect venue in Protégé, featuring stylish casual fare created by a series of talented young chefs headed by Cameron Smith. Asian, French and Italian influences can be detected in the cuisine which includes the trendy small plates menu, ideal for sharing. Visitors can choose to dine al fresco or watch the chefs at work in the central show kitchen.
Épice at Le Quartier Français
The flavor-packed menu is inspired by the team’s culinary expedition to India, as well as memories of travels through Spain, Japan, Mexico, Denmark and the US. And presented in a home-cooking-style with a refined edge.
The Dining Room at Leeu Estates
Leeu Estates offers an in-house dining experience where resident guests can enjoy all-day light dining or a full à la carte menu without leaving the property. Each dish showcases the best seasonal produce, in line with the Leeu Collection ethos, with a variety of vegan and vegetarian options available. The comprehensive breakfast menu also allows guests to customize their meal to suit their personal preferences.
Indaba - The Meeting Room at Leeu Estates
Indaba – The Meeting Place at Leeu Estates is a state-of-the-art multipurpose event and meeting venue available for all in-house Leeu Collection guests. The light-filled space, with its open roof trusses, tall windows, timber floors and natural finishes, perfectly complements the collection of art and sculptures.
The Lounge
The Lounge, with views of the garden and oak trees, comfortable seating and a wood-burning fireplace, is where guests can mingle and relax. It is the perfect place for afternoon tea

Mullineux and Leeu Family Wines - The Wine Studio at Leeu Estates
The Wine Studio offers a truly immersive wine experience. Housed on Leeu Estates, it is run by the Mullineux & Leeu team, whose knowledgeable tasting room staff will guide guests in the finer nuances of these handcrafted wines. The Wine Studio is situated at Leeu Estates, a 3km drive from Leeu House. Transport between our properties is available.
The Great Heart Wine Boutique
The Great Heart Wine Boutique redefines intimate and personalized wine tastings, offering an exclusive table for up to four guests at a time—reserved for guests of Le Quartier Français and Leeu House. Non-resident guests can also experience a tasting by booking at Protégé, located just across from the Boutique. Great Heart is the staff empowerment project of Mullineux & Leeu Family Wines, the acclaimed producers behind the award-winning Leeu Passant and Mullineux wineries. This initiative supports the livelihoods of winery staff and their families, with a portion of all Great Heart wine sales going directly to them. Guests can also purchase these exceptional wines at the Boutique. Great Hart wine tasting complimentary once during guests' stay.

Leeu Estate - Gym
The spacious gym with its premium TechnoGym fitness equipment offers framed views of the majestic mountains. The gym, which caters exclusively to resident Leeu Collection guests, is open seven days a week, from 07h00 to 19h00.
