Guests can choose between the Cellars Main House and the historic Hohenort Manor House for their Luxury Double Room stay. These spacious rooms feature either sweeping views of the Cape Peninsula from the Hohenort building or picturesque garden vistas. Madiba Villa
The two-storey Villa offers privacy and luxury, with a private driveway and entrance. It features a spacious open-plan lounge and dining room, three double en-suite bedrooms, a fireplace, air-conditioning, under-floor heating, a private courtyard, and a swimming pool. Additional amenities include a bar area and service kitchen, making it perfect for guests with private staff.
Liz McGrath Villa
The self-contained villa, located next to our fragrant herb garden, offers a private courtyard and spacious accommodations for up to six guests. It includes two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and shares a private foyer with a Premier Suite for additional accommodation. The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen, a separate lounge with a fireplace, and its own entrance, making it an ideal choice for entertaining.
The Conservatory Restaurant
This sophisticated, all-day dining option at The Cellars-Hohenort Hotel & Spa offers a masterful display of high-quality produce, united on a plate to highlight the best of comfort food. Just off the reception area within the Cellars building, The Conservatory Bar offers an elegant space perfect for both high tea occasions and refined evening drinks. The skilled bartenders expertly craft the venue's namesake, the chic cocktail, to perfection for even the most discerning guests. Here, guests can indulge in the elegance of a luxurious high tea or choose from a variety of single-origin coffees. Signature cocktails, a curated selection of Constantia Valley wines, and champagne by the glass are also on offer.
High-Tea
Imagine savory treats like classic cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches, followed by a selection of sweet delights such as mini milk tarts, key lime pie, and traditional scones with butter, strawberry jam, and Chantilly cream. The high tea is complemented by a fine selection of fragrant teas and coffees, with the option to add a celebratory glass of bubbly. Served Wednesday to Sunday in the Greenhouse, on the Hohenort Terrace, Greenhouse Bar, or in the Palm Arch, this High Tea is ideal for a variety of special occasions, including birthdays, hen parties, baby showers, ‘Sip & See’ meet-the-new-baby afternoons, and corporate events.
