Next to the calming Eerste River, this four-star hotel is reminiscent of the Bo-Kaap or Mediterranean villages where pedestrians have right of way. The spacious, art-filled rooms are in village-style buildings clustered around six courtyards, each with its own swimming pool. And just a stone throw away is Stellenbosch, the country's second oldest town after Cape Town and has something for everyone with its wine country setting and picturesque Cape Dutch architecture.
